Task List for Project Teams

Delegated by project teams, this is a running list of tasks or new opportunities for staff should they want to get more involved with a specific cause or simply find they have the time on their hands. Project teams, don't be afraid to decentralize and ask for help! Just note which team the task pertains to and assign it to the appropriate labor credit opportunity.

Staff Development:

1A Greening the Mind: We will be starting a new reading program for the staff. Take an hour a week at Green Quad to read that "green" book that's been on your "to read list" forever, learn and develop your environmental conscious, and help yourself to re-energize and feel balanced. Count your hours by briefly discussing what you read with another member of the staff (ideally one who is also participating in this reading hour), recording them as Staff Development labor credits, and having your staff partner sign their name in the decription box. Emily & Matt are working in the garden on Thursdays from 10:30am-12pm, if anyone wants to join them - especially for those of us who don't know much about the garden or gardening - they are some people to know!

Staff should use this part of the wiki to encourage and recognize each other's good work. Peace, love, and happiness should be the prevailing theme here :)

Meredith is doing a wonderful job as the project team coordinator for 1A Greening the Mind. Our weekly meetings have really contributed to my sense of community at Green Quad!

Jason is doing an awesome job with the Wiki site! It looks very sleek and professional. One might say that it's making the environment seem more "sexy and fun"!
